Emerald Square now offers Ticketless Parking, providing a seamless and hassle-free parking experience without the need for a physical ticket. Using advanced number plate recognition technology, the system automatically registers your vehicle upon entry and exit.
Remember: Your license plate number serves as your ticket, so be sure to have it on hand when making payment.
Validate your Parking
All customers receive 30 minutes of complimentary parking at Emerald Square, unless your vehicle is validated by a participating store. After making a qualifying purchase at any participating retailer listed below, staff will enter your vehicle number plate into our system to apply the relevant free parking period.
60 minutes of free parking
Minimum spend: $20
90 minutes of free parking
Minimum spend: $50

Ticketless Parking FAQ
How to pay if you stay longer than 30 minutes:
1. Pay station (B3, next to the lifts)
Simply enter your license plate number and follow the prompts.
2. Boom gate on exit
Tap or insert your credit/debit card – no ticket required.
3. Extend your free parking
Spend the minimum amount at any participating store and validate your parking.
After making a qualifying purchase at any of the participating stores listed below, the store staff will enter your vehicle number plate into our system to apply your free parking period.

It’s important to remember your vehicle number plate, as it now serves as your digital parking ticket. Your number plate will be required to make payment and validate your parking.
If you exit the centre and return on the same day, your 30 minutes of free parking does not reset. If you re-enter within this period, additional parking charges will apply based on your total time parked, starting from your first recorded entry.
