Emerald Square now offers Ticketless Parking, providing a seamless and hassle-free parking experience without the need for a physical ticket.
Using advanced number plate recognition technology, the system automatically registers your vehicle upon entry and exit.
Remember: Your license plate number serves as your ticket, so be sure to have it on hand when making payment.
Ticketless Parking FAQ
Parking will remain free for the first 1.5 hours, with standard rates applying after the free period. If your stay is under 1.5 hours, simply drive to the exit, and the boom gate will lift automatically.
Parking over 1.5 hours will incur a fee. There are 2 way of paying if you have parked at the centre for over 1.5 hours:
1. At the pay station located on B3 next ot the lifts by typing in your license plate number.
2. At the boom gate using a credit or debit card
It is important to remember your number plate as this has replaced your physical ticket.
If you exit the centre and return on the same day, your 1.5 hours of free parking does not reset. If you re-enter within this period, additional parking charges will apply based on your total time parked, starting from your first recorded entry.
