From 15th August – 15th September, get ready to dive into a world of fun Emerald Square. Whenever you make a purchase at the participating stores during this period, you’ll score yourself a scratch card!

These scratch cards hold the key to unlocking heaps of prizes. We have teamed up with some of our stores to ensure that you leave with a big smile.

Step 1: Spend at the participating stores in Emerald Square from 15th August to 15th September
Step 2: Receive a scratch it card at the point of purchase.
Step 3: Scratch your card to reveal what you have won!

Participating Stores:

Scratch to Win Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The promotion commences at 9am AEST (Sydney time) on 15th August 2023 and ends at 11pm AEST (Sydney time) on 15th September 2023. No entries will be accepted outside this time.

3. Entry is open to Australian residents and valid visa holders who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 15 years of age or older. If the entrant is under the age of 15 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period. Spend at any store within Emerald Square to receive a scratch to win game card at store counter for every quality purchase. (while stocks of Scratch Cards last) It is the responsibility of the entrants to ensure that they receive a) Scratch Card at point of purchase if one is not automatically provided to them. b) Scratch the latex panel on the game card to reveal whether or not they have won an Instant Win Prize. c) To claim a prize, winners must present their winning scratch card to a member of staff at participating store specified on the scratch card.

5. Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter. Prize winners must follow the instructions and meet all requirements written on the winning scratch card in order to redeem their prize.

6. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

7. The prize must be claimed in its entirety. If the prize is not redeemed in its entirety, the remaining amount cannot be redeemed at another time.The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable.

8. Instant Win Prizes available to be won are listed below:
   Kowloon Café Prize – Pineapple Bun
   Minimum spend of $25 in order to redeem prize.
   Emerald Square Prize – $20 Emerald Square Gift Card
   Must collect 1 Green icon and 1 Yellow icon to claim prize. To redeem prize, winners must visit promotional website emeraldsquare.com.au/win, fully complete and submit the online form with their personal details as requested and upload a photo of both cards.
   Blackball Prize – Sakura Drink
   Minimum spend $20 in order to redeem prize.
   Rengaya Casual Dining Prize – 5% Voucher
   Minimum spend $20 in order to redeem prize. Customer must have dined in at Rengaya Casual Dining (Standard Buffet or Premium Buffet)
   Marketplace by Hen Lee Prize – Sakura Pocky
   Minimum spend $30 in order to redeem prize.
   Rickshaw Food Prize – Free Bean Curd Dessert
   Minimum spend $20 in order to redeem prize.
   Pot & Sizzles Prize – $5 off you meal when you spend $50
   Minimum spend $50 in order to redeem prize.
   Aurora Prize – Free Tiramisu
   Minimum spend $35 in order to redeem prize.

9. Emerald Square will take no responsibility if the winner is unable to redeem a prize because the scratch cards were damaged /stolen or all prizes have been claimed at participating stores.

10. Emerald Square accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason. Emerald Square is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. The entrants must follow the Method of entry during the Promotion period to enter the Promotion. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry. Emerald Square will not advise an Entrant if their entry is deemed invalid.

12. Emerald Square reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

13. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by Emerald Square, unless a winner otherwise notifies Emerald Square at the time of accepting their prize. Eligible Entrants consent to Emerald Square using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes.

14. Emerald Square reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions without prior notice during the promotional period

15. Emerald Square and participating stores reserve all right of final explanation for the content hereinabove.

This campaign may request personal information from you including your name and email. The personal information we collect is used to contact you in the event that you are selected to win a prize from our promotional campaign. We will not send you any special offers and other marketing materials. You have the right to not provide the information requested or can simply not enter our Promotion if you do not wish to provide us with your personal information.
